As a retail property owner, you will:

Requirements:

The Spaza shop, general dealer or grocery store owners should meet the following requirements to list their property to be rented by the programme

  • Proof of property ownership.
  • Details on property conditions - with basic shelves and counter.
  • A valid trading license/permit to trade, or business license. Owners must hold a license to trade or a municipal permit – if they do not have one, they must obtain one before they can access support
  • Location and alignment with the programme's goals.
