Workplace Activities

Activity 1: Attend to the initiation of a project and compiling a project scope statement

The learner is expected to actively participate, under supervision, in initiating a project. This includes interpreting the project charter or brief, identifying project needs, assisting in defining the management approach, and compiling a scope statement.

Activity 2: Attend to client consultation on the initiation of a project and compiling a project scope statement
