Human Resource Requirements
- Project managers that has achieved an industry recognised level of learning (Attend to project initiation management processes)
- Must have experience in the full scope of project management for at least 3 years (Attend to project initiation management processes)
- Learner technical expertise and project context must be compatible (Attend to project initiation management processes)
- At least one workplace project management expert acting as a learner coach/mentor (Attend to project initiation management processes)
- The mentor to learner ratio should not compromise the quality of learning and experience (Attend to project initiation management processes)
Physical Requirements
- Fully equiped and functional office with a code of ethics and project or company management policies, procedures and practices (Attend to project initiation management processes)
- Learner work station, computer facilites, appropriate software and electronic communication capacity (Attend to project initiation management processes)
- Must be actively delivering a project with multiple deliverables at any point in time (Attend to project initiation management processes)

Who checks the quality of the training?
The QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations). It sets the standards training providers must meet, approves assessment centres and issues the National Occupational Certificate.
